Notification to Noteholders following the Observation Date of 12 May 2026
for UBS Autocallable Note linked to the LUXS1E and the EU30MPE Index (the
"Notes").
Further to the announcement published on 24 April 2026, UBS AG, as Issuer
of the abovementioned Note hereby notifies noteholders that the conditions
for early exercise were not met.
On Tuesday, 12 May 2026 (Early Termination Observation Date), UBS AG
confirms that the Index Closing Level of one or more of the underlyings was
below the respective Mandatory Early Termination Level. Consequently, the
conditions for an Early Termination Event were not met. Therefore, no
Capital and Coupon Amount will be paid, and the note will roll to the next
scheduled Observation Date in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of
the Note.
