Executive Directors, Directors of Major Subsidiaries and the Group Company Secretary have been awarded
Conditional Share Plan (“CSP”) Awards in terms of the 2025 Super Group CSP. CSP Awards are subject to
performance conditions for the period starting 1 July 2026 and ending 30 June 2029. Subject to performance,
vesting will occur in September 2029. The Remuneration Committee has approved the awards on 17 August
2026 for the following individual allocations. The awards in relation to ordinary shares were accepted on 8
September 2026.

These awards currently have nil value as they are subject to performance conditions to be determined on a
future date. The nature of interest for all are direct beneficial. The above transactions were all performed off
market and the necessary approvals were obtained.
