    1. Introduction

This announcement is issued in compliance with the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings

by introduction of the participatory interests in the MitonOptimal EasyETFs SA Protected Equity Actively
Managed ETF (“MitonOptimal EasyETFs SA Protected Equity AMETF”).

The information set out below has been extracted from EasyETFs ETF Programme Memorandum (“the
Programme Memorandum”) issued by the Manager on 18 October 2024 and updated on 15 October
2026 and the 12th Supplement (“the Supplement”) issued on 15 October 2026 and relates to the listing

(RF) (Pty) Ltd, an approved Manager of Collective Investment Schemes and as such is governed in
terms of the Act.

The Manager has entered into an Investment Management Agreement with MitonOptimal South Africa

    3. Summary of the Listing

3.1 Issue size: 1,000

3.2 Issue price: R10 (1000 Zac)

3.3 Investment Policy:

The portfolio will be an actively managed exchange traded fund (“ETF”) listed on the JSE. Its primary
objective is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing predominantly in South African equity
securities listed on recognised exchanges, while using financial instruments for efficient portfolio
management and protection, which is expected to reduce the portfolio’s effective equity exposure.
The portfolio will be managed in accordance with the investment limitations applicable to the ASISA
South African – Multi Asset – Flexible portfolio classification category, determined on an effective
exposure basis.
The portfolio will follow a research-driven strategy informed by the Manager’s macro-economic outlook
and market assessments. Investments will predominantly comprise South African equity securities and
participatory interests in collective investment schemes, including ETFs, selected across industry
groups and market capitalisations. The strategy emphasises capital growth and volatility management,
with nominal high equity exposure and a protective financial instrument overlay that is expected to
reduce effective equity exposure.

The portfolio may invest in South African equity securities, listed property, local equity collective
investment schemes and ETFs. For liquidity management, it may hold cash, short-term and long-term
deposits, money market instruments and participatory interests in money market portfolios. It may also
invest in bonds, debentures, securitised debt and exchange traded notes, subject to the Act and
applicable subordinate legislation.

The portfolio may use listed and unlisted financial instruments for efficient portfolio management,
including hedging, risk reduction and exposure management. These instruments do not form part of the
portfolio’s core investment strategy. The portfolio is not permitted to invest in foreign assets.

Investors may acquire participatory interests on the secondary market or subscribe for new participatory
interests on the primary market. Subject to the Act and the Deed, the Manager may create, issue,
redeem and cancel participatory interests and vary the portfolio’s asset allocation in response to
changing economic and market conditions.

The Trustee shall ensure that the investment policy set out in the Deed and the applicable supplemental
deed is carried out.
