TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is required
to publish a trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the financial
results for the previous corresponding period.

The Wesizwe board of directors therefore wishes to advise shareholders that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that, for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Company will report:

    •   Earnings per share (“EPS”) of between (11.57) cents and (8.93) cents per share,
        representing a decrease in EPS of more than 100% compared to the restated EPS of
        13.22 cents per share reported for the six months ended 30 June 2025, (Previous
        Comparable Period”), noting the previous published EPS of 13.20 cents per share;
        and

    •   Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) of between (11.57) cents and (8.93) cents per
        share, representing a decrease in HEPS of more than 100% compared to the restated
        HEPS of 13.22 cents per share reported for the Previous Comparable Period, noting
        the previous published HEPS of 13.20 cents per share.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by the Company’s external auditors.

The Company’s results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 are expected to be published
on or about 30 September 2026.
