APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Pursuant to the announcements published on SENS on 12 December 2025 and 30 January 2026, regarding
the appointment of Peter de Villiers as interim chief financial officer of Attacq Limited ("Attacq"), Attacq
Treasury's guarantor, and the appointment of Sureya Scheepers as company secretary of Attacq,
noteholders are referred to the further announcement published on 14 May 2026 by Attacq regarding the
appointment of Peter de Villiers as executive chief financial officer ("CFO") of Attacq with effect from 1 June
2026. Peter has also been appointed as chief financial officer and an executive director of Attacq Treasury
with effect from 1 June 2026, and Sureya has been appointed to succeed Peter as the company secretary.

The board confirms that Peter's appointment was made pursuant to the policy dealing with the nomination
of directors of Attacq and its subsidiaries.
