DEALINGS IN THE COMPANY’S SECURITIES BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY AND THE COMPANY SECRETARY OF THE COMPANY,
AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF A MAJOR SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY

Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 6.77 to 6.83 of the JSE Listings Requirements, of the following
transactions in respect of the company’s shares (“shares”) by executive directors of the company and the
company secretary of the company, and executive directors of a major subsidiary of the company
(collectively “the participants”).

All transactions, for which the prescribed clearance was given, are in respect of the sale of ordinary shares
of the company (in which the participants transacting have a 100% direct and beneficial interest) and were
executed on-market on 30 September 2026 at a volume weighted average selling price of R43.2335
(high R43.78; low R43.00) per share. The transactions relate to shares that vested on 30 September 2026
and which were held in terms of the company’s share scheme.
