Shareholders are advised, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, of the following change to director responsibilities pertaining to the JSE Board
("Board").

Ms Thevendrie Brewer has been appointed as a member of the Group Nominations and Governance
Committee of the Board, effective 15 May 2026.

As an independent non-executive director of the JSE, Ms Brewer will continue to serve as a member
of the Group Audit and Group Risk Management Committees, and as Chairman of the Group
Investment Committee of the Board.
