Mahube Infrastructure Limited
(Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa)

JSE code: MHB
("Mahube" or the "Company")

TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Mahube's shareholders are hereby
advised that the Company and its directors have reasonable certainty that earnings per share and headline
earnings per share for the six month period ended 31 August 2025 are expected to be a loss of between 30.77
cents and 34.01 cents per share, compared to earnings and headline earnings per share of 67.58 cents per share
reported for the previous comparable period, being the six month period ended 31 August 2024.

The expected decrease in earnings is primarily attributable to the unfavourable movement in the fair value of
financial assets, driven largely by less favourable macro-economic indicators. This decline was further
exacerbated by lower dividend income, resulting from temporary operational challenges at one of the wind
assets that reduced distributions during the period.

The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors of
the Company. Mahube's financial results for the six-month period ended 31 August 2025 will be published on
or about 28 November 2025.
