SHAREHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company will be hosting shareholder engagement sessions ahead of its annual
general meeting ("AGM") scheduled for Thursday, 29 August 2024.
The engagement sessions will be held on Wednesday, 21 August 2024, and shareholders can register to participate
by emailing klechman@mrpricegroup.com by Tuesday, 20 August 2024.
The aim of these sessions is to provide engagement opportunities for shareholders with the group's non-executive
directors, in relation to the resolutions which will be tabled at the AGM for shareholder approval, as set out in the
group's notice of AGM available on the group's website at https://www.mrpricegroup.com/pdfs/Mr-Price-Group-AIR24_AGM.pdf
Any concerns or questions with regards to the matters outlined in the resolutions are to be submitted to
