MAJOR SUBSIDIARIES AND THE COMPANY SECRETARY AS A RESULT OF SCRIP DIVIDEND

In relation to the cash dividend of R0.27 per ordinary share with scrip dividend alternative announced on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 29 November 2024, the following information is provided in terms of
paragraph 3.63 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited regarding the dealing in securities of the
Company by an associate of the directors, directors of major subsidiaries and the company secretary of the
Company:

PBT Group's staff company, Spalding Investments 10 (RF) Proprietary Limited ("Spalding") which held
26 260 080 PBT Group ordinary shares ("PBT Shares") and is an associate, on an aggregated basis, of the
directors of the Company, directors of major subsidiaries of PBT Group, and the company secretary has
exercised the following election:

    •   The indirect beneficial shareholding of Bianca Pieters (executive director and CFO of PBT Group)
        has increased to 1.62%.
    •   The indirect beneficial shareholding of Pule Taukobong (non-executive director of PBT Group) has
        increased to 2.45%.
    •   the indirect beneficial shareholding of Reta-Mari Ward (director of a major subsidiary of PBT Group)
        has increased to 1.29%.
    •   the indirect beneficial shareholding of Vernon Strauss (director of a major subsidiary of PBT Group)
        has increased to 1.29%.
    •   the indirect beneficial shareholding of Latasha Africa (director of a major subsidiary of PBT Group)
        has increased to 0.65%.
    •   the indirect beneficial shareholding of Francois de Wet (director of a major subsidiary of PBT Group)
        has increased to 1.84%.
    •   the indirect beneficial shareholding of Anastassia Sousa (company secretary of PBT Group) has
        increased to 0.54%.

Spalding now holds 26 920 249 (25.3%) PBT Shares.
