JSE Code: STXNDQ
NSX code: SXNNDQ

("Satrix Nasdaq 100")

IMPLEMENTATION TO THE CHANGE IN THE FUND STRUCTURE, PORTFOLIO
NAME AND DISTRIBUTION METHODOLOGY

Holders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 14
January 2025 regarding the Satrix NASDAQ 100 Feeder Portfolio
structure, portfolio name and distribution methodology change effected
on 21 January 2025.

There is a difference in the total return index levels and the price
index level of the NASDAQ 100 Index which required that an adjustment
be made to the amount that each Satrix Nasdaq 100 security represents
the NASDAQ 100 Price Return Index.

Therefore, to cater for the difference in the closing index levels a
factor of 0.567599 ("Adjustment Factor") was calculated.

Previously each Satrix Nasdaq security tracking the NASDAQ 100 Index
(total return) represented 1/100th of the index level.

Post the implementation each Satrix Nasdaq 100 security tracking the
Nasdaq Index (price return) will now represent 1/100th of the index
level multiplied by the Adjustment Factor of 0.567599 (the
adjustment factor).
