VOLUNTARY UPDATE - CREDIT RATING

GCR Ratings (“GCR”), an affiliation of Moody’s Investor Services, announced that Omnia’s ratings have remained
unchanged, affirming the Company's long-term and short-term issuer ratings of A+(ZA) and A1(ZA), respectively, with
a Stable Outlook.

The affirmation of Omnia’s ratings follows the solid operating performance from the core segments, resulting in robust
earnings and cash flows. This has enabled Omnia to maintain a net ungeared position and strong liquidity, whilst the
company continues to progress in developing sustainable products and establishing operations in key select international
markets that offer strong medium-term prospects.

The Stable Outlook also reflects the following key elements of Omnia’s investment case:

    - Diversified operations across geographies and end-markets
    - Leading market positions in agriculture and mining, with growing global presence
    - Modern manufacturing and supply chain capabilities ensuring steady supply of product to customers
    - Strong sustained cash flows from operations and funding capacity enabling continued investments and
        shareholder returns

Seelan Gobalsamy, Chief Executive Officer of Omnia said: “The affirmation of Omnia’s credit rating is an endorsement
of the Group’s resilient operating performance, diversified portfolio, and disciplined approach to capital management. It
reflects the strength of our balance sheet, liquidity position, and cash-generative business model, as well as our ability to
execute consistently in dynamic market environments. This outcome reinforces our capacity to invest strategically in
growth, innovation, and sustainability while maintaining a prudent financial profile and delivering long-term stakeholder
value.”
