CORRECTION TO STXESG UNITS ISSUED - SATRIX HEALTCARE INNOVATION FEEDER
ETF AMALGAMATION WITH THE SATRIX MSCI WORLD ESG ENHANCED FEEDER ETF

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 13 November 2025
regarding the issue price announcement and the fractional announcement
on 14 November 2025, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
correction to securities issued.

Correction to securities issued/delisting of securities

The Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) will issue 1 076
157 (One million Seventy Six thousand One hundred and Fifty Seven)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of R93.45 per security, on
Thursday, 20 November 2025.

There are 14 517 202 securities in issue prior to the listing of the
additional Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) securities.
After the listing of the additional Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder
ETF (STXESG) securities, there will be 15 593 359 Satrix MSCI World ESG
Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) in issue.
