PEPKOR – 2026 CAPITAL MARKETS DAY CONFERENCE

Shareholders are advised that Pepkor will host a Capital Markets Day (CMD) on 30 and 31 March 2026
for institutional investors and sell-side analysts.

The purpose of the CMD is to provide deeper insight into Pepkor's retail-powered consumer platform,
which serves the needs of more than 32 million known customers across southern Africa and beyond.
The group continues to monetise and multiply customer value through a portfolio of more than 20 trusted
retail brands focused on essential everyday products and services.

The CMD, themed "Executing Today, Inventing Tomorrow", will showcase the group's earnings capacity
and growth opportunities across its key business areas, including retail, financial services,
telecommunications and digital, as well as its informal market platform. The presentations will highlight
the strength, scalability and replicability of Pepkor's business model in both existing and new markets.

Shareholders are further advised that, with effect from the 2026 financial year, the group will realign its
reportable segments. As part of this realignment, the current FinTech reporting segment will be
separated into Financial Services and the Informal Market Platform, each of which will be reported as
a standalone segment going forward.
