CORRECTION TO STXIFR UNITS ISSUED - SATRIX SMART CITY INFRASTRUCTURE
FEEDER ETF AMALGAMATION WITH THE SATRIX GLOBAL INFRASTRUCTURE FEEDER ETF

Further to the announcement released on SENS on Friday, 13 November 2025
regarding the issue price announcement and the fractional announcement
on 14 November 2025, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Limited hereby announce the
correction to securities issued.


Correction to securities issued/delisting of securities

The Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF (STXIFR) will issue 759 472
(Seven hundred and Fifty Nine thousand Four hundred and Seventy Two)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of R61.93 per security, on
Thursday, 20 November 2025.

There are 11 349 179 securities in issue prior to the listing of the
additional Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF (STXIFR) securities.
After the listing of the additional Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder
ETF (STXIFR) securities, there will be 12 108 651 Satrix Global
Infrastructure Feeder ETF (STXIFR) in issue.
