CHANGES IN SENIOR MANAGEMENT AT ARM, ARM FERROUS AND ASSMANG PROPRIETARY LIMITED ("Assmang")

Notification   is   hereby   given   of       the   following   changes   in   senior
management:

(a)     With effect from 1 February 2026, Ms Anna Maria Jacoba Burger
        ("Maryke") replaced Mr Andre Joubert ("Andre") as the Chief
        Executive of ARM Ferrous, which he led for over 13 years. Maryke
        is a seasoned mining executive with over 23 years of experience
        in iron ore and manganese mining.

(b)     With effect from 1 February 2026, Andre was appointed as the
        Chief Executive of African Rainbow Metal Technologies ("ARMeT"),
        the smelting and hydrometallurgical business of ARM.

(c)     Andre and Maryke are directors of Assmang, which is the joint
        venture between ARM and Assore Proprietary Limited. With effect
        from 1 February 2026, Maryke replaced Andre as Chairman of the
        Executive Committee of Assmang.

(d)     Andre remains a director of Assmang.

The Executive Chairman of ARM, Dr Patrice Motsepe, said: "I would like
to thank Andre for the excellent work that he did as the Chief Executive
of ARM Ferrous and I am confident that he will provide excellent
leadership as the Chief Executive of ARMeT. I would also like to welcome
Maryke to her new role as Chief Executive of ARM Ferrous. Her track
record in the mining industry indicates that she will succeed and
contribute to the growth of ARM Ferrous and the creation of value for
ARM's shareholders and stakeholders."
