INITIAL TRADING STATEMENT – YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026


In terms of paragraphs 6.26 to 6.30 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("Listings
Requirements"), companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are
reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by at least
20% from that of the previous corresponding period.

Accordingly, the board of the Company hereby advises that for the period under review:

    •   earnings per share ("EPS") is expected to increase by at least 80% to at least 12.6 cents per
        share compared to the 7.0 cents per share reported for the prior year; and

    •   headline earnings per share ("HEPS") is expected to increase by more than 100% to at least
        2.9 cents per share compared to the loss of 1.9 cents per share reported for the prior year.

A further trading statement will be released, providing shareholders with ranges for EPS and HEPS, as
required by the Listings Requirements, in due course.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by Finbond's auditors.

Finbond's audited results for the year ended 28 February 2026 are expected to be released on SENS
on or before 29 May 2026.
