Primary Health Properties PLC (LSE: PHP), the UK's leading investor in critical healthcare
infrastructure, will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on
Tuesday 17 March 2026.

A virtual presentation for analysts and investors will be held on 17 March 2026 at 9.00am
