FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT – YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2026


Further to the trading statement released on SENS on 8 May 2026, the board of directors provides the
following guidance in accordance with paragraphs 6.26 to 6.30 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited with regard to the financial results of the Group for the year ended 28 February 2026:

    •   Earnings per share is expected to increase by more than 100% to between 14.0 cents per share
        and 15.2 cents per share compared to 7.0 cents per share reported for the prior year; and

    •   Headline earnings per share is expected to increase by more than 100% to between 5.01 cents
        per share and 5.39 cents per share compared to a loss of 1.9 cents per share reported for the
        prior year.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by Finbond's auditors.

Finbond's audited results for the year ended 28 February 2026 are expected to be released on SENS on
or before 29 May 2026.
