INTENDED RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Shareholders are advised that Mr Bheki Shongwe has informed the Board of Sabcap (Board) that he will retire from
the Board at the Annual General Meeting expected to be held in May 2027. He will cease to be a director on the
Board and a member of the respective Board committees from that date.

Bheki has been a highly valued director since 2005. The Board thanks him for his contributions over the years which
have been greatly appreciated and value enhancing for Sabcap.
