8 September 2026
                                          Quilter plc

                             Share Buyback Programme update

Quilter plc (the “Company”) commenced a share buyback programme (the “Programme”) on 4
March 2026 to purchase shares with a value of up to £100 million in order to reduce the share
capital of the Company, subject to remaining within certain pre-set parameters. The Board has
kept the Programme under review to ensure it remains the most efficient and effective means of
returning capital to shareholders.

Repurchases under the Programme to date total £70 million, comprising the first tranche (as
announced by the Company on 4 March 2026) and the second tranche (as announced by the
Company on 22 June 2026), of which £55.3 million were conducted on the London Stock Exchange
and £14.7 million were conducted on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. To date, 37.6 million
Quilter shares have been acquired, and cancelled, at an average price of 186 pence.

The Company has entered into various agreements with Merrill Lynch International (“MLI”) under
which it has issued an irrevocable instruction for MLI to manage the final tranche of the
Programme of up to £30 million (“Tranche 3”).

Company shares will be purchased on European trading venues, including the London Stock
Exchange, and on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. MLI will carry out the instruction through the
purchase of ordinary shares in the Company for subsequent repurchase by the Company. These
purchases will be carried out during the period starting on 8 September 2026 and ending by 30
November 2026 (the “Engagement Period”). In limited circumstances the Engagement Period may
be extended in accordance with the terms of the Company’s agreements with MLI, in which case
it will end no later than 17 December 2026. The maximum aggregate purchase price payable by
the Company under Tranche 3 is up to approximately £30 million. The maximum aggregate
number of shares that may be purchased under Tranche 3 is 118,097,142.

All repurchases of Company shares under the Programme will be effected in accordance with
Chapter 9 of the UK Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK Market Abuse
Regulation and the Company’s authorities to repurchase Company shares. The repurchase of
Company shares will be discontinued in the event the Company ceases to have the necessary
authorities to repurchase shares.

The Company will cancel the repurchased Company shares.

MLI and/or its affiliates may undertake transactions in shares (which may include sales and
hedging activities, in addition to purchases which may take place on any available trading venue

                                               1
or on an over the counter basis) during the Engagement Period in order to manage its market
exposure under the Programme. Disclosure of such transactions will not be made by MLI and/or
its affiliates as a result of or as part of the Programme, but MLI and/or its affiliates will continue to
make any disclosures it is otherwise legally required to make. MLI may effect purchases of
Company shares on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange through one or more of its affiliates or any
broker-dealer authorised to trade on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
