Shareholders are advised that Mpact's Integrated Report,
Sustainability Report together with the Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 ("AFS") have been
published on the Company's website at www.mpact.co.za/investor-
relations.
NOTICE OF AGM
Shareholders are advised that Mpact's Notice of AGM (including the
Summarised AFS for the year ended 31 December 2025) has been
distributed today and is also available on the Company's website
at https://www.mpact.co.za/investor-relations.
Notice is hereby given to shareholders that the AGM will be held
at 13:00 on Thursday, 4 June 2026, at Mpact's Offices, 4th Floor, 3
Melrose Boulevard, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg. Accordingly, the
last date to trade to be eligible to attend and vote at the AGM
will be Tuesday, 26 May 2026 and the record date to be eligible to
vote will be Friday, 29 May 2026.
It is imperative that shareholders who intend to participate
electronically follow the Electronic Participation Guidelines
provided in the Notice of AGM. We encourage shareholders to lodge
their proxies timeously to The Meeting Specialist (Pty) Ltd.
