OF B-BBEE CERTIFICATE

Integrated Annual Report

Nampak shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report of the
Company for the year ended 30 September 2025 ("Integrated Report") has been
published today.

The Integrated Report which includes the notice of annual general meeting
("AGM"), and audited consolidated annual financial statements are available
on the Company's website, www.nampak.co.za/investors/financial-information or
by requesting a copy from Group Investor Relations by means of an e-mail to
teboho.lempe@nampak.com.

Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 58th annual general meeting ("AGM") of Nampak
will be held at 14:00 on Wednesday, 11 February 2026 to consider and pass
with or without modification, the ordinary and special resolutions set out in
the notice of AGM.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:

Record date to receive the notice of AGM            Friday, 12 December 2025

Notice of AGM distributed to shareholders           Friday, 19 December 2025

Last day to trade in order to be able to            Tuesday, 3 February 2026
attend, participate in and vote at the AGM

Record date in order to be able to attend,           Friday, 6 February 2026
participate in and vote at the AGM

For administrative purposes, proxy forms to          Monday, 9 February 2026
be lodged by no later than 14:00

Availability of B-BBEE certificate

In accordance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 of Section 11 of the JSE
Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that Nampak's Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment ("B-BBEE") certificate in terms of section 13G(2) of the
B-BBEE Act, No 53 of 2003 as well as Nampak Products Proprietary Limited's
("NPPL") B-BBEE certificate, are available on the Company's website at
http://www.nampak.com/Home/Links.


Nampak's South African business, being NPPL, has become the focal point for
empowerment in line with the Company's domestic Metals strategy. By
maintaining a Level 1 B-BBEE rating for the year ended 30 September 2025,
NPPL is positioned to assist customers in achieving their upstream B-BBEE
scorecard objectives.
