DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2026
Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the distribution declaration announcement (the “Announcement”) released
on Tuesday, 11 August 2026 relating to the declaration of an interim cash distribution of 1.44010 EUR cents per
share for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (“Cash Dividend”).
Shareholders holding shares traded on the JSE and A2X will receive the Cash Dividend in South African Rand
converted from Euro at an exchange rate of EUR1.00:ZAR18.7917 (determined as the closing exchange rate on
Monday, 17 August 2026). Certificated shareholders holding shares on the Maltese register will receive the Cash
Dividend in Euro.
Accordingly, the gross Cash Dividend of 1.44010 EUR cents per share will be equal to 27.06193 ZAR cents per
share for shareholders who are exempt from paying South African dividends tax.
The net Cash Dividend amount is 21.64954 ZAR cents per share for shareholders liable to pay South African
dividends tax at a rate of 20.00%.
Shareholders are referred to the tax implications as set out in the Announcement.
The salient dates regarding the payment of the Cash Dividend as set out in the Announcement remain unchanged.
