APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 November 2025, advising
shareholders, inter alia, that Nomini Rapoo will retire as Group Company Secretary on 30 November 2025.

Accordingly, in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and 6.42 of the Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements, the board of the Company ("the Board") is pleased to announce that Mr Sandile Langa has
been appointed as Group Company Secretary, with effect from 12 January 2026.

Sandile holds B.A and LLB degrees and is an admitted attorney of the High Court and has more than 30 years' legal experience
across multiple sectors, including property, petroleum and mining. He has extensive experience across various disciplines,
including legal services, corporate services, risk and compliance management and corporate governance. Sandile has served as
Barloworld's Group General Counsel since August 2022.

The Board congratulates Sandile and looks forward to his continued contributions to the Company.
