Update to the Record Date for shareholders in relation to the 2026 Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released today titled "Annual Report 2025 and Notice of 2026
Annual General Meeting" wherein the Company announced the dates in relation to the 2026 Annual General
Meeting ("AGM").
Only those holders of Ordinary Shares registered in the register of members of the Company on:
• Monday, 27 April 2026 at 6:30 p.m. (UK time) / 7:30 p.m. (South African time), for shareholders on the UK
register; and
• Friday, 24 April 2026 at 7:30 p.m. (South African time), for shareholders on the South African register (as
Monday, 27 April 2026 is a public holiday in South Africa),
(or, if the AGM is adjourned, at the equivalent times on the day that is 48 hours before any adjourned meeting
(excluding any part of any day that is not a working day)) shall be entitled to attend (either in person, remotely or
by proxy) and vote (in person) at the AGM, or any adjourned meeting, in respect of the number of shares registered
in their names at that time. Any changes to the register after the relevant deadline shall be disregarded in
determining the right of any person to attend and vote at the AGM or an adjourned meeting.
The Company has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited.
