CHANGES TO DIRECTORS' ASSOCIATE'S INTERESTS

Today, Fabricio Bloisi, will notify the Stichting Autoriteit Financiële Markten (AFM)
regarding the following changes to the shares and voting rights held by an associate,
Cecilia Bloisi (Fabricio's wife), due to an on-market purchase of Prosus N.V. ordinary
