NOTIFICATION OF INCREASE IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST

Shareholders are advised that Brait has received formal notification that Camissa Asset Management
(Pty) Ltd (“Camissa”) has increased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the
total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Camissa now amounts to 15.03% of the
total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
