The founders of Nutun (formerly named Transaction Capital Limited) are Jonathan Michael Jawno
("Jawno"), Michael Paul Mendelowitz ("Mendelowitz") and Roberto Rossi ("Rossi") (collectively "the
founders"). Pilatucom Holdings Limited ("Pilatucom") is ultimately owned by family trusts of Jawno and
Mendelowitz and by Rossi personally, all in equal shares.


In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 and 3.65 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements the following
