UPDATE ON AMENDMENT TO THE INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE 1NVEST CAPPED SWIX
ETF

   1. Following the JSE informative notice dated 03 January 2025, which announced the
       termination of SWIX Indices effective from 31 December 2025, shareholders are hereby
       informed of some important amendments to the investment policy of the 1nvest Capped
       SWIX ETF (the "Portfolio"). The primary change involves a benchmark change from the
       FTSE/JSE Capped SWIX All Share Index to the FTSE/JSE Capped All Share Index.


   2. Furthermore, to reflect this new benchmark, the portfolio will also undergo a name change
       from 1nvest Capped SWIX ETF to 1nvest Capped All Share ETF.


   3. The effective date of the abovementioned amendments is 01 January 2026.
