Further to the publication of CA&S' audited consolidated annual financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2025 on 26 March 2026 on the Company's website and the JSE
cloudlink, CA&S shareholders ("Shareholders") are hereby advised that the Company's notice
of annual general meeting ("Notice of AGM"), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025
("Summarised Financial Statements") was distributed to Shareholders today,
30 April 2026.
The following documents are also available on the Company's website, at
www.casholdings.co.za/investor-relations/ as from today, 30 April 2026:
1. the Notice of AGM, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements; and
2. the Company's integrated report for the year ended 31 December 2025.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11:00 am on
Friday, 5 June 2026, at the offices of CA Sales and Distribution, 2nd Floor, Boardroom, Portion
867, Commerce Park, Gaborone, Botswana, and through electronic communication, to
transact the business as set out in the abovementioned Notice of AGM.
