INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL – BOKONI DEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND NKOMATI OPERATIONAL RESTART

Shareholders and stakeholders are referred to the announcement released by ARM on the Stock
Exchange News Service on 23 July 2026, in which ARM advised of the Board's approval of the Bokoni
180ktpm Development Project and the operational restart of the Nkomati Nickel Mine (the "Announcement").

Shareholders and stakeholders are advised that ARM will host an investor conference call to discuss
the Announcement and to provide the opportunity to engage with management on the projects. The
call will be held on Thursday, 30 July 2026 at 10h00 Central Africa Time (CAT).
