FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL
DIVIDEND

Remgro shareholders are referred to the results announcement and cash dividend declaration for the year
ended 30 June 2026 released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 18 September 2026 ("Results
Announcement"). Remgro declared a gross final dividend of 422 cents per share for the ordinary shares
of no par value and the unlisted B ordinary shares of no par value. Remgro further declared a gross
special dividend of 550 cents per share for the ordinary shares of no par value and the unlisted B
ordinary shares of no par value.

It was stated in the Results Announcement that the special dividend was subject to South African Reserve
Bank approval. Remgro shareholders are advised that this approval has been obtained and that the
salient dates in respect of the special dividend remain unchanged as announced in the Results
Announcement.
