As part of rebalancing of their personal portfolios, the executive directors have sold
ordinary shares arising from their vested awards, on the open market between
15 June 2026 and 18 June 2026, at a volume weighted average price of R 90.8987
with the highest and the lowest prices being R 91.47 and R 89.60 respectively:
