NEPI ROCKCASTLE TO HOST A CAPITAL MARKETS DAY ON 21 OCTOBER 2026


NEPI Rockcastle will host a Capital Markets Day on 21 October 2026 in Warsaw, Poland. The event will provide
stakeholders with the opportunity to engage directly with the Company's executive Board members, regional
management teams and selected strategic partners. It also forms part of NEPI Rockcastle's broader commitment to
maintaining transparent communication and fostering open dialogue with its global investor base.

Topics that will be covered during the event will span the macroeconomic and consumer landscape shaping Central and
Eastern European retail, the Company's active development and investment pipeline, progress on its renewable energy
programme across the portfolio, and the strategic vision underpinning the next phase of growth.

The Capital Markets Day will be conducted in a hybrid format, with participants invited to attend in person in Warsaw
or to follow via live webcast or conference call.
