CANCELLATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") previously
distributed on 23 April 2026 has been withdrawn due to an act and/or omission in the electronic distribution
of this Notice of AGM to certain shareholders by the transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor Services
(Pty) Ltd, resulting in certain shareholders not receiving the Notice of AGM within the prescribed period of
time before the AGM was set to convene.

Based on the information made available to the board of directors of Brimstone (the "Board"), the Board
took the decision to cancel the AGM and authorised the distribution of a fresh Notice of AGM which is to be
convened at a later date but within the prescribed period as required in terms of the Companies Act, 2008.

Accordingly, the Brimstone AGM scheduled for 25 May 2026 has been cancelled and shareholders should
disregard the previously distributed Notice of AGM. A new Notice of AGM reflecting the revised AGM
timetable will be distributed to shareholders in due course. Computershare extended its apologies to
Brimstone and its shareholders for the inconvenience caused and has committed to bearing the costs
associated with repeating the procedural steps, including any printing and delivery costs, to convene the
AGM at such later date which will be incurred as a result of the said act and/or omission on their part.
Brimstone in turn apologises to all shareholders for this unfortunate incident.
