RESULTS OF THE SECOND BALLOT IN RESPECT OF THE PROPOSED CHANGES IN THE INVESTMENT
POLICY AND NAME OF THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ETF ("RWGPR")

THIS LETTER IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES YOUR ATTENTION

Investors are referred to the SENS announcements released on the 30th of January 2026 and 15 April 2026, regarding
of second ballot procedure in respect of the changes in the investment policy and name of the Reitway Global
Property Prescient ETF ("RWGPR") and are advised that the audited results of the voting ballot procedures were as
follows:

The ballot closed on the Monday, 16th of March 2026, and of the investors who participated in the ballot, a majority
voted in favour of the index change and name change as proposed in terms of section 98 if the CISCA.

Approval and Commencements

The effective date of the index change, and name change will be Wednesday, 22 April 2026 as disclosed on the
SENS published on the 30th of January 2026 and included in the timeline below.
