CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

In accordance with the JSE and BSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mrs Bernadien Naude will step down as company secretary of the Company
("Company Secretary") with effect from 31 July 2026. Following her resignation from this
position, she will assume the role of group financial manager of the Company ("Group FM")
with effect from 1 August 2026.

The CA&S board of directors ("Board") is further pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Morne van Dyk as Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2026.

Morne is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and holds an LLB degree
from the University of Pretoria and a BCom Law degree from the University of
KwaZulu-Natal. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory
compliance, commercial law and company secretarial practice gained across a variety of
regulated industries.

The Board is satisfied that he possesses the requisite competence, qualifications and
experience to discharge the duties of Company Secretary.

The Board extends its sincere appreciation to Bernadien for her valuable service and
contribution as Company Secretary and wishes her every success in her new role as Group
FM. The Board also welcomes Morne to the position and looks forward to his contribution to
the continued success of the Company.
