CHANGE STATEMENT

The 2026 Annual Financial Statements contain adjustments to Note 2 Primary
Segmental Information compared to the condensed reviewed results for the financial
year ended 30 June 2026, released on the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) of the
JSE Limited on Friday, 4 September 2026.

The adjustments impact only the segmental information, including the related subtotals
and totals, and do not affect any other financial information previously reported.

The adjustments to Note 2 Primary Segmental Information are as a result of:
(i) a reallocation of cash flow from operating activities between the ARM Corporate and
IFRS adjustment columns due to amounts being inadvertently grossed up; (ii) a
reallocation of Nkomati goodwill between business segments; and (iii) an adjustment
to the raw materials, consumables used and change in inventories line item.

The full note thereto may be found on pages 54 to 63 of the 2026 Annual Financial
Statements.

The note, before and after the changes referred to above, is as follows:

1. An adjustment was required, reallocating cash flow from operating activities
between the ARM Corporate and IFRS adjustment columns. The adjustment was
due to amounts in the ARM Corporate and IFRS adjustment columns being
   inadvertently grossed up.
