DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

Shareholders are advised that on 15 May 2026, Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited
("Coronation"), on behalf of its clients, increased its beneficial interest in the issued ordinary
share capital of the Company, such that the total beneficial interest held by Coronation on
behalf of its clients amounted to 10.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company has filed the required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel, per
section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, 2008.

The board of directors accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement, and to the best of their knowledge and belief, that information is true, and
