DISPOSAL OF LADISMITH CHEESE COMPANY PROPRIETARY LIMITED: EXTENSION OF
DATE FOR FULFILMENT OF SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS

Shareholders are referred to the Category 2 announcement published by the Company on SENS on
21 November 2025, wherein shareholders were advised that the Company had entered into a sale
of shares and claims agreement (the "Sale of Shares and Claims Agreement") with Fairfield Dairy
Proprietary Limited in terms of which the Company would dispose of (i) 3,272,101 class "A" shares
and 323,600 class "N" shares, collectively constituting 100% of the issued share capital of Ladismith
Cheese Company Proprietary Limited ("Ladismith Cheese"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the
Company, and (ii) all of the claims of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which the Company
has against Ladismith Cheese and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (the "Ladismith Cheese
Disposal").

The Ladismith Cheese Disposal was subject to the fulfilment or waiver, as the case may be, of
various suspensive conditions as set out in the Sale of Shares and Claims Agreement. Shareholders
are hereby advised that certain suspensive conditions remain outstanding, the regulatory approval
by the Competition Authority being the primary outstanding condition. Accordingly, the parties have
agreed in writing to extend the date for fulfilment of the remaining suspensive conditions to
30 June 2026.

Shareholders will continue to be updated on the progress of the Ladismith Cheese Disposal.
