DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY A DIRECTOR OF NEPI ROCKCASTLE


Pursuant to the 2017 merger between New Europe Property Investments plc and Rockcastle Global Real Estate
Company plc ("Rockcastle"), all loans outstanding under the Rockcastle Share Purchase Scheme ("Scheme") were
assigned to NEPI Rockcastle, and Scheme participants received NEPI Rockcastle shares in return. Following maturity
of the loans under the Scheme, the shares held by Scheme participants were sold in final settlement of those loans.

In accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements and the Market Abuse Regulation ("MAR") in Europe, shareholders
are advised of the following details of a dealing in securities by a director of NEPI Rockcastle, undertaken in the final
settlement of his loan under the Scheme.
