to them in the PKI Announcement (as defined below).

MAS shareholders are referred to the announcement (the "PKI Announcement") published by PK Investments Limited
("PKI") on 24 March 2026, on the Cape Town Stock Exchange News Service, at
https://www.ctexchange.co.za/market/company-announcements?company=PK%20INVESTMENTS%20LIMITED,
regarding a bid by PKI to acquire MAS shares on the further terms and conditions set out in the PKI Announcement ("Bid").

The Bid is launched independently of the Company, and it is not a party to the Bid. Accordingly, this announcement is made
