("JSE"), Satrix Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited hereby notifies its securities holders that the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 for all of the portfolios which it manages
are available on its website and may be accessed via the following link:

The audit reports for all the portfolios under the Satrix Collective Investment Scheme in securities were
unqualified.

There were no restatement of prior year of the previous year's annual financial statements.
